Player Membership Mandate
All players are required to sign their membership in order to be covered by the club for insurance. Please complete and hand in to your team coach or manager Senior Players £10 per month by standing order. This also includes entry into the 100 club draw and family membership. Ladies Players £5 per month by standing order. Junior and Academy Players £5 per month by standing order. Minis TBC.
