The local derby will be played at Warley on September 1 and is sure to attract plenty of interest between the two rivals.
Halifax will face Vandals, who were relegated from Yorkshire Three last season, in the final scheduled game of the campaign at Ovenden Park.
Halifax's first home game of the new season will be against Wetherby on September 8, with an away trip to Hornsea to follow the week later.
Some other dates of note will see Halifax travel to Old Grovians on October 6, with a trip to Harrogate Pythons November 3 - with both sides having been in the promotion mix along with the Ovenden Parkers last season.
