The best way to keep up to date with Halifax RUFC

Get ready for the 2017/18 season

11 months ago By Tony Curtis

Halifax RUFC are to hold fun fitness seasons on Monday nights during the off-season.

Halifax RUFC have confirmed their plans to hold weekly fun fitness sessions - starting on Monday (May 22).

The first session will be held at Shibden Park, starting at 7.30pm, with the aim to give people a fun way to keep active during the off-season.

The sessions are open to everyone at the club - from the men's, ladies and mixed ability teams - as well as those players who are interested in joining Halifax for the 2017/18 season.

Head coach Neil Spence will run the sessions, with the plan to utilise different venues throughout the region as we progress.

Men's preseason will then begin on Tuesday July 4, with anyone interested in joining the club welcomes along.
