Harrison, who is now head coach and Hall of Famer inductee at neighbours Halifax RLFC, has agreed to come to the club on Thursday July 19.
Harrison, who played for Featherstone and Hull before spending seven seasons at Fax, will spend an hour work on defensive lines after accepting an invite from head coach Mark Walton to come along.
The session will start at 6.45pm prompt – with those players who have paid their subs to receive their stash at a players’ meeting after the session.
Harrison, whose coaching career has seen him work with England, Salford, Bradford, Keighley, Batley and Huddersfield in various capacities, is the first of some star coaches set to come to Ovenden Park.
Dual-code international – and current Russia Sevens coach – Henry Paul has already committed to helping out during August as Halifax look to step up their preparations for the Yorkshire Four season.
